David has taught college business and economic classes and also held adjunct teaching positions at UNK and Tabor College. He was the manager of accounting for the Vertical Turbine Pump Division of Ingersoll Rand and his finance banking career spans 30 + years where he held positions of Vice-President, Executive Vice-President and President at four different financial institutions.
He founded AmericALease.com LCC, an equipment lease finance company in 1996. The company is also heavily involved in all facets of agricultural lending (lines of credit, term loans, etc.). His company is a long-standing member of AACFB. In addition, for the past 12 years he has been the Director of DSF LLC, a captive manufacturing equipment finance company.
His background brings a dimension to lending that is empathetic to his clients.

Brady has been involved with AmericALease since 2016—this while still working as a pilot with the Arizona Air National Guard and as a commercial pilot for American Airlines. The discipline demanded to attain his success in his aviation career is now being utilized in the financial arena.
Brady was born and raised in central Nebraska. He graduated from Sterling College (KS) in 2001 and was selected to attend Officer Training School with the US Air Force. After commissioning, he began his aviation career and served 13 years in the active duty, flying both trainer and fighter aircraft, specifically the F-16. He was stationed or deployed to many areas around the world including the Middle East and the Pacific. In 2015 he transitioned to the Arizona Air National Guard where he still serves as an F-16 Instructor Pilot teaching both US and foreign students.
His ability to see the picture from the 30,000 ft. level is an asset for AmericALease. This insight helps the Ag-clients restructure their financial statements and cash flow to navigate the lean times.

Alan began working in the graphic design/marketing field in 1983 while attaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Wichita State University. Alan has used his skills and expertise to help many companies put their best foot forward and has now joined forces with AmericALease in expanding their marketing program.
Alan’s talents range in many areas from creative photography, videography, slide presentations, live streaming for various venues, and countless other examples. His precision and attention to detail is quite unique-all the while not seeking self-acclaim. His involvement will bring a new level of exposure for AmericALease and help clients understand the mission of our finance program.
